DNSODM200_QDR
DDR2-Socket Compatible
QDR Module (512 x 32)

The DNSODM200_QDR is an SODIMM module that can be installed in a 200-pin DDR2 SODIMM socket. This module contains two QDR SSRAM's chips in a 512 x 32 configuration for a total of 4 megabytes. The 32-bit input and 32-bit output busses are separate.

Stuffed with the Cypress CY7C1314BV18, the DNSODM200_QDR has separate input and output busses. Each bus is double data rate (DDR), allowing for very high performance reads and writes. With Xilinx Virtex-4 FPGAs from the LX or FX family, a -10 will operate at 167MHz (334Mbits/s per pin).

The DNSODM200_QDR is compatible with the 200-pin SODIMM DDR2 sockets on all SODIMM-equipped Dini boards. Reference designs are provided.
